Gees Jam; a truly dynamic family run business set up as an alternative farm enterprise situated near the heritage town of Abbeyleix, Co Laois. G’s Gourmet Jams are made with only the highest quality and all natural ingredients to ensure her time-honoured recipes taste just like “Granny used to make”.
Mueller & O’ Connell Bakery; a small artisan bakery based in Abbeyleix. We produce a range of sourdough , yeast breads and pastries.
The Merry Mill; a family business that built the first organic gluten-free oat mill in Ireland. We produce both organic gluten-free porridge and oat flour. Based in Co. Laois, we carry out the whole process on our home farm. We grow the raw ingredients (oats), we manufacture on our purpose-built stone mill and package on site before delivering to our local post office that sends it all over the world. We exclusively supply small health food stores as we are part of a sustainable community of local producers.
